This is where I will begin to post the characters for easy access.  This will be pretty much the version you provided me.  Thiose of you who have special powers that only I know about will still not know them until such time as they become apparent.

I put the lates version up here.  If I have the wrong one, let me know and we'll get it fixed.

Pip is like a small familiar. He is quick, brave, and has a vicious bite. Gnawing on inanimate objects quickly reduce them to scrap. He acts as a scout and spy, and has no fear of things larger than he.

Uther fills the niche of a battle-dragon, strong, quick and fiercely protective of Donnie. He is medium sized, having an overall bodylengtrh of 12 feet (tail included). His coppery brown scales are spotted with darker scales and areas of green. He has four horns: two backswept and thick, the others short and facing downward, forming a frill of thickened skin. His eyes glow green when angry.

Althea is a Cerulean Drake, a gorgeous blue dragon with an impressive forty foot wingspan. She is a bit simple-minded, easily amused and distracted, but she has a good heart. Very playful, she sometimes forgets Donnie is riding her and will play at airborn acrobatics until Donnie's fearful screams reminds her of his precarious position. Like all of Donnie's dragons, she is very protective of him, and isn't hesitant to use her sonic blast against people who threaten him.

Salamander is the most feral of Donnie's dragons and only grudgingly allows others near him or Donnie. He is mute in that he cannot speak, but can hiss loudly. He is about 24 feet long from nose to tail-tip, about four feet at the shoulder with a long neck and narrow triangular hear with two curling and blunt horns. His coloration is a startlingly bright green, with pearlescent scales that shimmer orange in sunlight. The flames he spews are also green and he has a mane of flickering fire that does not harm any who touch it; it just feels like putting one's hand under a heating lamp. He has a flaming frill that goes along his back, ending in a tail-end wreathed in flame. Overall, Salamander is very slender, with six legs located along his lean flanks.

This is my first draft. This version of Jacob in metal form is bulletproof and can lift up to a car (barely). I tried to give him skills and feats based on his rural background, and a little intimidate, since I figure one of his size and training is more than a little imposing. I also gave him the improvised tool feat since one who can turn into metal has little need for that wrench he can't seem to find. :)

To change from flesh to metal (or vice versa) is a free action, and can be done once per turn, which means that you'll probably always be metal when it counts, I just gave you two separate entries for clarity's sake.
