An insider with the Chicago PD says that Velocity has been named as the primary suspect in a number of recent attacks againdt drug dealers that have been motivated by money. Another attack last night in which a drug dealer was attacked and his money stolen places Velocity near the scene at the time of the attack. No official charges have been filed as yet and the investigation continues. The vigalante known as the Black Hat destroyed another drug lab in Chicago last night. Several people in the lab were injured and an explosion resulted which took firefighters several hours to get under control. The manhunt for this dangerous vigilante has been scaled up and the Superintendent of police has formed a special task force to deal with the situation. |
