Kel hears the announcement and heads from his home room to the office.  Part way there the way is blocked by two fairly large boys.  A moment later two more exit a store room at his rear, blocking the retreat.

"We got a message for you."  One of them says, then comes at Kel in a blur of fists.  He moves fast and lands a solid blow on Kel.

OOC: Make a toughness Save DC 19.  Also make 3 attack rolls and 3 toughness rolls for me (on top of the first one)

Kel takes the hit, a little bit of blood pouring off of his lip.  He then just smirks, cracking his jaw loudly, "Well now, this could definitely get interesting gentlemen.  But don't you think 4 on 1 is a bit unfair, I mean really, most people would use at least 6 to take on a ninja."  He then launches full force into the group, his fists lashing out wildly, legs spinning, he moves his hands as quickly as he can to block but still the force of some of the hits shakes him.  He presses on though, teeth bared.

Kel spins into action againts the four thugs.  It becomes obvious to him based on their speed and strength they're probably hopped up on Superman.  His advantage lie in their lack of skill.  They're swinging like men with super-human strength and speed that only barely know how to use them.  Kel is operating on some deep instinct that guides him silently without thought from one move to the next.  Muscle memory and reptile brain  turning him into a human fighting machine.

They move in at once, limiting their options, Kel slides in low and comes up fast.  His left foot strikes a man to the rear as his right hits the guy that started the mess.  The momentum of the second kick sends him back some and her roll his body clockwise bringing his left foot down onto a third boy.  He hits the floor in the push-up position and ripples like a wave into a hand stand then flipping upright.  One of the boys does not recover and slumps to the floor, one of them crashes to the floor like a felled tree holding his abdomen trying to catch his breath.  The third seems slightly dazed by the hit but resumes the attack.

With only two on the assault at the moment Kel maneuvers and blocks, their fists connecting with his forearms or being pushed away by his hands.  He needs a minute to find the right opening.  He launches a series of quick jabs and low kicks to get them to move around, trying to put them where he wants them.

The third boy recovers and moves in, and Kel waits for him.  The punches go for his head, which isn't there anymore, it's moving downward and his legs are coming up.  He grabs the belt of the man that was at his back as his feet leave the ground and solidly connect with the boy that had been in front of him, lifting him from the floor.  The momentum and direction cause the boy he grabbed to begin to fall forward, right into the path of the thrid boy who delivers a mean blow to the faling boys head.  Kell lets go and falls while the falling boy is tossed away.  With another ripple of muscle and throw of his legs Kel lifts himself off the floor and lands his fist on the jaw of the last boy standing.  The boy staggers back and hits the lockers, and Kel rotates into an attack stance and faces him.

The last boy moves with a blur of speed Kel wasn't expecting, slamming into Kel and then continuing to the wall beyond.  Kel feels the wall give way and the two boys go headlong into a classroom, tumbling to the floor.

OOC: Kel uses his Hero point now to not go unconscious (toughness roll was 7).  Need 3 more attack rolls and 3 more toughness.

Kel smirks as his body moves with the flow, he's getting lucky and he has to hope it doesn't all bottom out yet.  Of course he can't let them know this, "Had enough yet?"  He lets loose with a reckless assault on the boys, abandoning any hope of avoiding their punches.

The last boy is furious and his speed and strength are unbeleiveable as he moves in on Kel.  Desks and students are scattered everywhere and a panic has set in on the students.  The hallway is beginign to fill with people trying to see the commotion.

Kel and the last boy excange several blows, Kel landing a good one that dazes the boy for a second, but the next second he reaches over and grabs the teachers desk, swinging it like a baseball bat.  Kel takes the brunt of the attack and is lifted from the floor and sent hurling through the window to the sidewalk below.  Unconscious.

Kel lays on the ground below, blood pooling about him, his mind blank.

OOC: Not really.  The paramedics will be able to revive you easily, and you're not that badly hurt.

Actually, you'll be there.  I forgot that you get to try and recover from being unconscious every minute.  Since the Dc is only 10 I wont have you make rolls, since it's a waste of dice time.  So, in 1 minute Kel will snap to on the sidewalk.  there may still be a fight going on inside too :)

Kel wakes up with a start.  He can hear the sounds of the thug inside the classroom smashing things and the sounds of students screaming.

Kel groans as he gets up, murmuring, "Anyone get the number of that truck..."  As he stands he shakes his head and immediately goes, "Wait a minute that wasn't a truck...it was some dick hopped up on superman."  He gazes right to the screams, and his face seems to go from one of rage to complete blank emotionless.  He starts off at a run then leaps up, his foot extending forth as he soars through the window, his foot connects with the punk's face and as it does Kel can be heard to whisper, "Time to pay, bitch."

Kel comes through the window and his boot connects with the thug's face.  There is the unmistakable sound of a nose being broken and a splash of blood shoots out from under Kel's boot.  His momentum knocks the boy to the ground and Kel rolls, landing in a low crouch.  the thug crashes to the ground like a tree that's been cut down, bouncing a few times and then finally coming to rest amid the debris of the trashed room.

There is a moment of silence, a silence so profound Kel thinks he might be deaf.  Then he realizes it's that quiet.  People begin to breath again, and someone starts to clap.  Several people join in and the campus police and principal arrive to the sound of a classroom applauding Kel.

The teacher quickly explains that the unconscious boycrashed into the room and was beating on Kel, who seemed to be trying to defend himself.  The principal takes Kel into the hall and points to the moaning semi-conscious forms of the other boys who are all in handcuffs.  "Is there some kind of explanation for this?"  Principal Landis asks.

Kel shrugs, "They had me surrounded, I had no other choice but to defend myself."  He then looks at the hole in the wall, which extends to the window and then says as casually as possible, "Oh and we crashed through a wall, then he picked up the desk and bashed me through the window."  He scratches his head where he's sure the lump is already forming, "I think I blacked out on the sidewalk for a second."

Principal Landis has the thugs taken into police custody, and gets statements from all the witnesses to the attack.  He has the paramedics check Kel over and asks Kel to give them a blood sample to rule out that he's been using Superman.  They confirm that Kel's class heard the announcement calling him to the office, even though there was no such announcement.

OOC: We'll assume he gives them the blood sample, knowing he hasn't been using it.

With a clean bill of health from the paramedics and Kel's assurance that he's fine Principal Landis sends him back to class.
