Police responded to a shots fired report and took several men into custody including Sir Reginald Albert Carver, a British citizen apparently in the country illegally. Carver has alleged connections to an artifact smuggling ring that has operated in the US and UK for some time. He's being help pending deportation to the UK where he will face possible charges of Ultra-Terrorism. After a hiatus the vigilante known as the Black Hat twarted a convenience store robbery last night. The suspects were left alive and witnesses confirmed that the Black Hat appears to be a woman. The authorities believe that this might be a copy cat as initial reports indicated the vigilante was a man, and the lethality of the incidents has also diminished. the case is still under investigation.
