On her way to cheer practice Megan is intercepted by Greg.  "I have some stuff for you."  he says, handing her a large envelope.  Inside she sees some pictures of boys, all wearing Fenwick school blazers, obviously from the school yearbook.  "I've watched hallway video, stuff shot at school events, and video obtained from Dave TV.  These are the best three suspects for your friend Spark.  Body language, gestures, all that.  The only video we have of spark is bad, so three is as narrow as I can get.  Hope that helps.'

After glancing in the envelop and hearing what Greg had to say, Megan gave him a big smile.  “If this doesn’t I do not know what will.  Thanks Greg.”

Once Megan has time to go through the photos and info, the three possible Sparks are.  Lloyd Fellowes, a Lacross player from an old money family.  Tim Allgood, son of a Hotel Developer.  Selsdon Mowbray, very old money.

Yeah, and he was insulting me about being from money.  Megan thought with a smirk.  After having looked through the stuff Greg had gotten for her, she picked up her phone to call John.

John's phone rang a few times before he answered it.  "Hey, what's up?"

“Hey cutie.”  Megan said with a smile in her voice.  “You got time to come over for a bit?  Greg got me some possible leads on Spark.”

"Sure, let me get dressed and I'll be right there."


It's only a few minutes later that John is at the door, dressed in his typical jeans and blue t-shirt with his flannel lined jacket.  He smells of fresh soap, like he's just showered.

“Hmm, very nice.”  Megan said as she smelled the fresh soap and gave John a kiss as she met him at the door.

"So, Greg gave you some leads on your mystery man Spark?"

“Yeah.”  Megan said, leading John back downstairs.  Once there she handed him the envelop with the information on the three suspects.  “Greg said any of them could possibly be him, as the Spark footage is not good enough to narrow it any more.  Though I suppose none of them could be really.  So now the question is what to do next.  I half thought maybe just running up to each of them as Velocity and start talking to them and see if they try to blast me.”

Megan gave a little smile.  “Or we could just keep an eye on each of them some, see if they do anything suspicious.”

John was shaking his head.  "I could see that.  You zip up there, he opens fire.  I have a heart attack.  It would be an all around bad idea I think."  He smiles.  "What if you do somthing like Colin said happened to the witches.  Call him, mysterious voice and all, tell him that you want to help him get rid of you.  Tell him to go to a certain spot and pick up instructions.  Be wiating there."

“Well, we wouldn’t want that.”  Megan replied when John mentioned having a heart attack with her direct confrontation idea.  She then thought a moment when John mentioned the mysterious phone call idea.  “Well, that might work, though there is the problem that there are three to call.  And what if he has already had such a call?”

"Well, if he's already had a call, he might be receptive.  He obviously hasn't been arrested so he probably still feels safe.  We might be able to judge his reaction over the phone.  Even if he doesn't show up, the one that reacts like he's interested is the guy.  Unless, of course, none of them react like they're interested."

Megan nodded.  “Yeah, I guess it is worth a shot.  Doesn’t tip them off too much to who might be calling them.”  She then paused and said.  “So we need to find a good spot for this and figure out who will make the calls.”

"Well, all we need is a voice changer.  I'm sure Greg has one.  We want someplace we can see them that wont make them nervous, so a public place.  Mall, or museum maybe?"

“If Greg doesn’t have one, I am sure he could get one.”  Megan said in regard to the voice changer.  She then thought about John’s suggestion about where to have the one that was interested, and therefore Spark, go.  “Well, wouldn’t the location have to be one that there would be a drop off for information to be left for him?  Some place really public like a mall might not have any such place.  Isn’t the point to identify him and nab him?  Or will we actually leave something that leads him somewhere else?  We don’t want to tip him off that someone might be on to them, then he will just lie low.”

"Okay, so someplace where we can nab him.  So not too public.  Maybe the park, the tunnel under the road.  That gives us some control of the environment.  It would have to be something he wanted.  Since you said he was stealing money from the people he was attacking, maybe the mysterious caller can offer him money to take you out.  Sort of a half up front kind of thing?"

‘Yeah, that would work.”  Megan said in response to John’s suggested location, but she then thought a bit about what to offer him.  “Well, he was stealing money, but look at these guys, they don’t really seem to need any.”  She indicated the three suspects.  “But his dislike for me might not make that mater.”

“So, tomorrow we’ll talk to Greg and see about getting a voice changer.  When do we want to try to do this?”  Megan asked.

"Whenever you're ready.  We should probably notify your cop friend when we're ready to make the move, so they can be ready."



OOC: No, but since they all go to Fenwick and you know their names you should be able to get the numbers without any trouble.

“Okay then, we get the voice disguiser tomorrow.  We have to find their numbers, which should not be too hard, tomorrow I can call Kevin and we can plan to try for tomorrow night.”

"So, now that the planning is over with."  John says, turning to face her more squarely, "What will we do now?"

Megan looked up from the stuff Greg had gotten her on the possible Spark suspects and met John’s gaze.  “Well, I have been putting in a lot of hours getting ready for midterms the last few days.  I am more than ready for a break.”
