So I guess the Preston thing didn't go so well? Should we check in with the other guy that Tim McFane mentioned? Mike Brooks? According to Dave's sources he's into electronics but that doesn't mean he couldn't be involved. If he's good friends with Preston he could have even borrowed robots from him? Does this sound like a good idea or am I just way off? I'd also like to check in on Tim and see how he's doing? I already used up the sore throat excuse to go to the group meeting. Nick Hurley is getting twitchy. He says we're doing well but he seems hung up on fine tuning the choreography. Colin reads the email and slaps his forehead. God and Great Spirit, why am I so stupid sometimes? After a little while this is the answer Sarah and Sammy get. The Preston thing went awry because I'm dumb as a brick. I was so wrapped up in the robot robberies that I totally forgot about the sleeping gas. Preston is most likely innocent of the first, but neither Sylvia not me thought to check him for the gas. So yes, checking in with Brooks do sound like a good idea. I'm beginning to think I'm quite bad at this though. I'll let you girls lead the dance this time. Sarah, why don't you "accidentally" collide with him between classes at school? While Colin is helping you and Mike to pick up your books, he can accidentally brush up against Mike and get a reading off of him? As long as Mike doesn't turn pale at the sight of Colin and say "You kill people!" before he passes out and gets carried to the nurse's office, he shouldn't even know anything unusual is happening.
