She gets told to see the principal first thing in the morning, and she waits in his office for a few minutes before he gets there. "Good morning Ms. Jameson, sorry to have kept you waiting." He sits down, "The matter of the video broadcast has been cleared up. Torrance Shipman was reviewing the footage of the practice in the AV booth and accidentally bumped the switch that sends the video signal to the school network. She was there with one of the AV team, and as soon as they discovered the mistake they stopped it. Once she found out it had caused trouble, she came to me to explain. So, matter cleared up. I know that might not resolve all the issues you may have, and for that I'm sorry. Is there anything else I can do to help?" My reputation is dirty now, innocent people around me got hurt and there's nothing I can do to fix any of it. Her 'apology' doesn't even begin to put a band-aid on the problem. The worst part is that by apologizing, she comes off looking all sweet, and no matter what I do or don't do for the next couple of weeks, I will look like a bad guy. Each time something happens to me you'd think things couldn't get much worse, or that nothing else bad could happen, but somehow, bad things keep happening and they do get worse.
