Colin made his way to Resurrection Cemetery to try and talk with Kenneth Huey.  Kenneth was a contact of Colin's, from the spirit world.  Kenneth had passed away in the early twentieth century.  Colin found his usual bench, and got comfortable.  It wasn't long before Kenneth walked over and took a seat.  He was always dressed impeccably, for the early 1900's.  "Good afternoon Colin."  he said taking a seat next to the young man.  "Your father sends his best wishes to you and your mother."  He leans a little closer, "He also wishes her and Chris his best as well."  Ken straightens up.  "I appreciate the flowers you bring for Elenor.  She appreciates the effort as well."

Colin smiles. It took a little research to find out the right flowers, and he was happy of his choice. It's still a good moment to plant some bulbs, so Colin planted some harebells near Elenor's grave, hoping they would spread around a bit in spring, and bring the spot a touch of delicate blue. He also brought a photo of them in full bloom, plastic coated so it could stand the weather until the flowers were ready.

He's also very glad his father approves of mom and Chris. It makes things easier.

"Good afternoon, Mr Huey. I hoped she would like them. I'm in a strange predicament, and i hoped you could give me some advice. A boy has disappeared from our school, and, well, I don't know if he's still alive. I'm afraid he isn't. So I was wondering if you could check for me if he passed, and in that case, that I would like to talk with him, if possible. I think he could help me uproot a great evil."

Ken's expression becomes a little more serious.  He reaches in his coat and takes out a small notebook and pencil, "You have the lad's name, if he died locally it should be a simple matter for us to track him down."

"Tom Renquist. He would be sixteen. I'd be happier if you didn't find him. But if I'm right, and he was involved with who I'm thinking of... I'm afraid you will."

"Very well.  Here's to hoping I don't find him.  Be back in a jiffy."  Ken gets up and walks across the path, vanishing as if he stepped behind a curtain.  A couple of minutes later he steps out with another ghost, one that is less well defined and harder to make out.  Ken looks sad.  "Colin, this is Tom Renquist.  Tom, this lad is Colin Crow, he's here to help put you to rest."

Colin is sad too. "Hi Tom. Can I do anything for you?"

"We found the Psychochronometron. How did you came by it?"

"It was in my grandfathers trunk, along with some other things.  I think he was the villain Freeze Frame from the 50s."  The ghost shimmers in and out of focus.  "No one knows I'm dead, do they?  Can you find me, so they know.  Please?  MY mom must be really sad."

"I'll do my best, Tom. They deserve to say goodbye to you. Is there anything you'd like me to say to your family? You showed the camera to someone. Do you remember who, and where you were?"

"No.  I've tried, but I can't remember.  I was telling someone about it, I know that.  Then I think they pointed it my way, and the next thing I remember."  Tome stops.  "There was nothing, just a sort of chill."

"He's in limbo, if that's a name for the place.  Still held to the world he knew, but in here with us too." Ken said. 

Colin's jaw stiffens, and he clenches his fist. "That coward..." he mutters under his breath. Then he forces himself to relax. He's seen what his anger can do, and he prefers to keep it in check.

"I see, Tom. I think I understand what happened to you. And I'll do everything I can to find your body. Do you have an idea where I should start?"

"I remember being in the auto shop when."  he stops for a moment, "When I died I guess.  Mr. Norton let me have a key, so I was in there during the summer a lot working on friends cars.  There has to be something there."

"Mr Norton... oh yes, Mr Norton. The teacher. The school's auto shop, then. I'll go check, and if there's anything I will find it." He turns to his friend "Mr Huey, have care of him until I come back, please."

"He's safe as can be expected, not to worry though, we look after our own here.  God speed to you."
