Collin looked for Gena on Friday, and it wasn't too hard to find her.

"Hi Gena." Colin calls from behind her, as she's putting some books into her locker.

"Have you got a minute? There's something important you should know."

"Sure."  she says, her characteristic smile and bright nature seeming to have returned.

He takes her to the side.

"We found out what happened during the robot attack. Mike Brooks isn't involved. Do you remember the incidents about the substance that caused people to lose inhibitions? Well, you've been a victim of something similar. We think that someone poured or sprayed on you a substance that caused a maddening anger upon who smelled it upon you. It's not clear how it works yet. Do you still have what you were wearing that day? It might have traces of it Mr Heep could try to analyze."

Gena blinks a few times trying to absorb the situation.  "I...I have them but that stuff has probably been washed already.  It wasn't Mike though, that's good right?  something someone sprayed on me?"  She looks up and down the hall for a second, like she might be looking for a way out of the conversation.  "Wait."  She looks back at Colin.  "I got a bottle of perfume for Christmas.  It said it was from a secret admirer.  Could that be what you're after?"

"It could very well be. If it is, this admirer doesn't really admire you very much. Did you use it today?"

"Yeah actually."  She says, then a worried look crosses her face.  "I don't understand why someone would want to have me hurt though?"

Colin sighs.

"Neither do I. But a reason is not always necessary. For him, it might just be an experiment. I know, it makes no sense, but there already is a whole list of things that made very little sense this year, don't you think?"

He asks for her wrist, to smell this mysterious perfume. "Can I?"
He hopes to compare it with the memory Sylvia showed him of the perfume that drove Cindy mad, or to trigger a vision.

The perfume certainly smells the same, but Colin doesn't get any murderous hatred for Gena when he smells it.

Colin nods. "I'm afraid it is this perfume indeed. Stop using it. And if you could please bring me the bottle, we could run some tests on it."

He looks at her. "I'm sorry. This must probably be like a nightmare to you. We'll try our best to make it end as soon as possible."

Gena nods, "I'll just go home, to be on the safe side."  She puts her stuff in her locker and goes to the office to check out and go home.
